Singer-Songwriter Katie Drake's original songs have garnered airplay on WXPN and WSTW locally, and at other stations all over the country. She was nominated for Best New Artist when she released her first album and she can be found fronting several bands including the Scott Romig band as well as performing with Carlyle Maranhao in their acoustic duo, Hot Whiskey.

For over a decade, Hot Whiskey has been performing in and around the Philadelphia/Chestnut Hill area. The duo consists of Katie Drake and Carlyle Maranhao and is now based in Amity, PA.
Hot Whiskey is known for their tight harmonies and their ability to connect with audiences. Their song list covers various genres including classic rock, blues, jazz standards and recent hits.
